\n\t\n\t\tProjekt "Paleta svjetonazora"Ponosni smo \u0161to mo\u017eemo objaviti da kre\u0107emo s novim izazovom! Posebno nam je zadovoljstvo istaknuti da je ovo na\u0161 prvi projekt sufinanciran sredstvima Grada Zagreba.\u0160to je "Paleta svjetonazora"?\u017divimo u vremenu "echo chambera" i sve ve\u0107e polarizacije. Svijet se \u010desto poku\u0161ava svesti na crno-bijele kategorije, ali mi vjerujemo da su na\u0161i svjetonazori puno bogatiji i kompleksniji. Projekt istra\u017euje gdje prestaje sloboda govora, a po\u010dinju ljudska prava, te kako razvijati kriti\u010dko razmi\u0161ljanje u moru informacija.Uspje\u0161no smo odradili prvu fazu projekta! Kroz suradnju s ekspertima i posjete razli\u010ditim organizacijama i udrugama, pripremili smo materijale koji \u0107e mladima pomo\u0107i da razumiju dru\u0161tvenu kompleksnost.Sada prelazimo na najuzbudljiviji dio \u2013 fazu provedbe! O\u010dekuje nas 10 radionica u kojima \u0107e sudjelovati oko 200 mladih iz zagreba\u010dkih \u0161kola i domova. Program je podijeljen u tri klju\u010dne serije:1. Identifikacija svjetonazora \u2013 Uz pomo\u0107 "politi\u010dkog kompasa" istra\u017eujemo vlastita uvjerenja i stavove.2. Moralni temelji \u2013 Duboko promi\u0161ljamo o vrijednostima poput bri\u017enosti, po\u0161tenja i lojalnosti kroz simulacije i debatu.3. Konstruktivan dijalog \u2013 U\u010dimo kako civilizirano razgovarati s onima s kojima se ne sla\u017eemo i kako graditi toleranciju.*Ovaj projekt provodimo uz financijsku podr\u0161ku Grada Zagreba. \n\t\n\t\tFrom 2\u20138 January 2026, we had the opportunity to take part in the Collaboratory Erasmus+ Partnership Building Activity in Tallinn, Estonia which was implemented by IZUM Youth Club.During this inspiring week, we met and exchanged ideas with project managers and representatives from 19 different countries across Europe. Over these 10 inspiring days, we gathered 33 participants from Estonia, Spain, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Croatia.Together, we explored the fascinating history of empires \u2013 not through textbooks, but through non-formal education: theatre, board games, creative posters, debates, and more. \n\t\n\t\tOn August 1st, 2025, we wrapped up our latest youth exchange, Europe Meets the World, which took place in the beautiful town of Orahovica from July 25th to August 1st. Over the course of a vibrant and insightful week, young people from across Europe came together to explore and compare global and European perspectives on human rights, law, social life, culture, and traditions.Through workshops, discussions, and intercultural activities, we broadened our understanding of the world and deepened our sense of connection with one another. This exchange has not only been a learning experience, but also a celebration of diversity, solidarity, and shared values.We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the amazing participants and everyone who contributed to making this project a success. \n\t\n\t\tToday, participants of the Europe Meets the World youth exchange immersed themselves in an inspiring exploration of Africa \u2014 a continent rich in culture, history, resilience, and innovation. YE is taking place in Orahovica Croatia from 25th of July to 1st of August 2025. As part of our mission to foster intercultural understanding and challenge common stereotypes, we dedicated the day to deepening our knowledge of African societies, both past and present.Through engaging discussions, personal reflections, and group activities, we aimed to move beyond one-dimensional narratives and appreciate the complexity and diversity of the African continent. Our focus wasn\u2019t just on the challenges, but also on the progress and potential that define Africa today. The topics we explored included:Socio-economic status of AfricaWe examined economic disparities, development indicators, and the role of external actors, while also looking at local solutions and the entrepreneurial spirit shaping the continent\u2019s future.Immigration and the Africa-Europe relationshipParticipants explored the push and pull factors behind migration, the impact of colonial legacies, and how Europe and Africa can foster more balanced and humane migration policies.A positive case for AfricaWe highlighted successful African-led initiatives in fields like education, technology, and sustainable development \u2014 showcasing stories of empowerment, leadership, and innovation.By the end of the day, one thing was clear: the story of Africa is not one of victimhood, but of strength, creativity, and determination. \n\t\n\t\tOn 26th of July 2025, during our latest project "Europe meets the World" we have started with topic workshops, and we have discussed about India and its past caste system, later on we moved on to topic of middleman minorities and lastly finished with Romanian workshop called "Missing women". Later during the day we have finished with intercultural evening where our partner countries from Romania, Italy, Hungary, Netherlands, Serbia and Portugal have presented their countries and cultures through food and interesting facts. \n\t\n\t\t25.7.2025 our new youth exchange "Europe meets the World" has started and we have kicked off with group building and team building activities in order to get to know each other. Youth exchange will take place from 25th of July to 1st of August 2025 in Orahovica, Croatia. Involved countries are following: Serbia, Portugal, Croatia, Netherlands, Hungary, Romania and Italy. In this project young people will explore similarities and differences between the history and culture of Europe and rest of the world. In the upcoming days we will be implementing different workshops based on non-formal education where we will compare different parts of the world including Latin America, Africa, Asia etc. with Europe. Svijet se \u010desto poku\u0161ava svesti na crno-bijele kategorije, ali mi vjerujemo da su na\u0161i svjetonazori puno bogatiji i kompleksniji. Projekt istra\u017euje gdje prestaje sloboda govora, a po\u010dinju ljudska prava, te kako razvijati kriti\u010dko razmi\u0161ljanje u moru informacija.Uspje\u0161no smo odradili prvu fazu projekta! \n\t\n\t\tFrom 2\u20138 January 2026, we had the opportunity to take part in the Collaboratory Erasmus+ Partnership Building Activity in Tallinn, Estonia which was implemented by IZUM Youth Club.During this inspiring week, we met and exchanged ideas with project managers and representatives from 19 different countries across Europe. Over these 10 inspiring days, we gathered 33 participants from Estonia, Spain, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Croatia.Together, we explored the fascinating history of empires \u2013 not through textbooks, but through non-formal education: theatre, board games, creative posters, debates, and more. \n\t\n\t\tOn August 1st, 2025, we wrapped up our latest youth exchange, Europe Meets the World, which took place in the beautiful town of Orahovica from July 25th to August 1st. Over the course of a vibrant and insightful week, young people from across Europe came together to explore and compare global and European perspectives on human rights, law, social life, culture, and traditions.Through workshops, discussions, and intercultural activities, we broadened our understanding of the world and deepened our sense of connection with one another. \n\t\n\t\tToday, participants of the Europe Meets the World youth exchange immersed themselves in an inspiring exploration of Africa \u2014 a continent rich in culture, history, resilience, and innovation. YE is taking place in Orahovica Croatia from 25th of July to 1st of August 2025. As part of our mission to foster intercultural understanding and challenge common stereotypes, we dedicated the day to deepening our knowledge of African societies, both past and present.Through engaging discussions, personal reflections, and group activities, we aimed to move beyond one-dimensional narratives and appreciate the complexity and diversity of the African continent. Our focus wasn\u2019t just on the challenges, but also on the progress and potential that define Africa today. The topics we explored included:Socio-economic status of AfricaWe examined economic disparities, development indicators, and the role of external actors, while also looking at local solutions and the entrepreneurial spirit shaping the continent\u2019s future.Immigration and the Africa-Europe relationshipParticipants explored the push and pull factors behind migration, the impact of colonial legacies, and how Europe and Africa can foster more balanced and humane migration policies.A positive case for AfricaWe highlighted successful African-led initiatives in fields like education, technology, and sustainable development \u2014 showcasing stories of empowerment, leadership, and innovation.By the end of the day, one thing was clear: the story of Africa is not one of victimhood, but of strength, creativity, and determination. Youth exchange will take place from 25th of July to 1st of August 2025 in Orahovica, Croatia. Involved countries are following: Serbia, Portugal, Croatia, Netherlands, Hungary, Romania and Italy. In this project young people will explore similarities and differences between the history and culture of Europe and rest of the world.
